College Student Sues Alaska Over Climate Change: A young man in northern Alaska has taken it upon himself to sue the state for failing to address climate change, which he sees as threatening his family's way of life.
Thank you, Nelson Kanuk! You are a hero! Perhaps other college students could also sue their state and federal "representatives" that are focusing on raising interest rates for college loans....instead of lowering carbon emission rates!

"Ben Markham, engineer and former ExxonMobil vice president " developed this idea for areas off the grid. Thank you Ben: You deserve an award. This is the first positive news I have heard about Exxon in 24 years. This is very, very exciting that leaders in our nation's energy industry are thinking creatively about harnessing all the wild and free energy swirling around us every minute of every day. It is very, very amazing. Ten years ago, I fell into a deep, deep depression because I thought we were all going to die fighting over less and less oil of less and less quality for more and more costs....a lose, lose, lose situation. Then I discovered that solar energy could power all energy needs of earth x 11,000.....and that wind and solar work together as a great team in an inverse relationship, one working while the other doesnt and visa versa.....and we can fill in the gaps with other kinds of fuel ...! Wow! You're probably amazed by that also. I would think it would be very, very, very possible to convert almost all our energy infrastructure of carbon-based fuels of oil, gas, coal to renewable fuels because the energy infrastructure for transmission is already in place. Is that correct? ( I include nuclear in the "dirty energy" category because of the dirty risks.)
Ben, thank you again, so much for your vision and determination to protect your own children's future from our selves. I live in Iowa City, Iowa and am working very hard to make renewable energy "a reality in Iowa"...
You see, I think the story of Adam and Eve is a parable about the consequences of destroying the ability of nature to produce the critical flows that humans need to survive day to day and minute to minute. But nature's genius produces all critical flows and cleans up humans' wastes without pay. If we nurture nature, nature will nurture us to lift all 100% up to positive outcomes now and generations from now. Thanks so much for inspiring me! hb 2013

Evidence of Nature's Genius that Will Rescue U.S. From Our Selves:
Thank you, Nikki Graziano and others such as Galileo who have helped us to seek vision and wisdom beyond only one private self of private, immediate, obvious and dense linear walls......to inspire us enough to reach out enough to learn that humans need to reach beyond the immediate and obvious to the complex, to nature's infinitely intricate and vast wonders impossible to count or understand in human cash......divine flows of "blessings" impossible to count in human cash......critical flows and productivity that keep human cities alive day to day and minute to minute.
But some just don't get it......and refuse to count more than deadly cash of the limiting, consumptive, harsh, violent force of urban walls that sprawl, crushing nature's amazing ability to produce abundance of the positive enough to fill in hungry voids of the negative.

If poverty and desperation are indeed a root of "terrorism" forcing U.S. taxpayers to spend billions on a harsh, violent and insensitive War On Terror every year ......then indeed, addressing a key cause of terror should please those that wage the WOT....and those opposed to taxes and big government.
Renewable Energy such as simple technologies....e.g. solar and wind ..... has the potential to lift billions out of poverty.....thereby reducing our need to pay taxes to pay for a War on Terror and for consequences of difficult living conditions. No?
I am not in any way implicating those who are cash poor as "terrorists"....but quite the opposite.....but simply urging our worlds' leaders to help billions find relief from terrible living conditions so that they can develop their hidden genetic potentials, gifts to help leave a wonderful legacy for our children.... to produce nature's riches enough to count in human cash.....thereby stimulating our economies.
Now is the time for big oil and gas businesses and other fossilized energies such as coal to contribute to the well-being of their own childrens' future (of the fossilized industry CEOS) now and generations from now by helping others in the world who do shape our common, inalienable future together.

They will drive the car to Washington, D.C. to lobby for "hands-on education"....

Dirty Energy Costs Now and Generations From Now To Suck All Down Easy, Cheap, Quick: And that is not "safe"
We need renewable energy and infrastructure now asap immediately yesterday to power our cities to free our nation from our selves:
But some just don't get it. Some assume erroneously that privatized profiteering for only one private self of only 1% justifies all. But they are wrong, very, very wrong, wrong scientifically, wrong mathematically, wrong economically, wrong egonomically, wrong morally and often wrong legally.
We need to count more than cash, cash of artificial, mechanical human cities that divide to count and count to divide to crush to conquer the other, the competition, the diverse.
Life's fragile but critical cellular organisms and earth systems, however share without pay to hold the fragile web for all life intact.
Now is the time at this moment to take actions privately and publically to respond to our climate 911 emergency. . .. .to divest from the dirty energy addictions of the last 2 centuries.. .. . and to save our selves with divestment from destructive energy.. . . . to lift billions out of poverty with immediate and urgent investments in renewable energy such as solar and wind power (a great team that works together to produce constant output) and other renewables that will make our common futures worth living.
I don't want to think about the deadly costs and conseuqences that some would use to keep dirty energy alive.
Let it sit in the ground and invest in a cleaner, more positive future enough to count in cash, in abundance, health "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" of any definition impossible to count in cash.
We cannot afford for only 1% of the cash-tethered to dictate cookie cutter definitions to the 99.99% that confine the many 7+ billion to the toxic and cash-driven absolutes of a dirty energy world that kills so many.
We need to balance earth's budgets to balance our own, earth's budgets of critical flows impossible to count in human cash, critical flows that keep humans alive and happy day to day and minute to minute.
But some just don't get it.
I feel like the weather looks. If the sun shines clearly with a crisp, clear and clean breeze that renews and lifts tiny seedlings up to the sun, I feel renewed and happy .. .. and productive.
If the day drips gray and dirt down, I feel gray and dirty and down and sick.
Our leaders have a responsibility to us and our children generations from now to shape a world that will help us and not hurt us. . . ..as those who wrote our US Constitution and the Bible promised . .. to protect the innocent. I thought that was the meaning of "justice". ... .but some assume erroneously that privatized cash profiteering justifies all at all costs.
The word root, "eco-" as in "eco+nomics" and in "eco+logic" means "house" or "oikos" in Greek. . . . but not every house nurtures those within. A house needs God's green nature of critical cellular organisms and earth systems to produce critical flows to consume and to consume enough to produce to satisfy basic critical needs of the many, cell or self or globe.
We need to count more than cash of only private bank accounts of only 1% to balance earth's budgets of complex flows to produce critical flows to keep humans alive day to day and minute to minute.
We need to count the needs of the 100% in addition to the 99% and the 1% to consume clean air, clean water, clean food, clean shelter, clean land impossible to count in human cash.. . . .even the needs of the children of the 1% now and generations from now.
We need to count the ability of earth, of God's green nature to produce those critical flows that human cashflow floods destroy easy, cheap, quick.. .. . critical flows (that cash destroys), critical flows of oxygen as O2, water as H2O, soil, food, shelter impossible to count in cash. Human cash counts the most critical the least and the least critical the most, the most deadly the most, ironically.
But mechanical and artificial human cash-flow floods of the dirty energy industry that controls political strings of our nation's capitol's US House just doesn't get it:
Dirty energy industries including erroneous "clean coal" and "clean" methane of fricken fracken (that are not "clean" or "safe" ) don't want you see any farther than your own bank account stuck in only one obvious now blinded by destructive and hypnotic cashflow floods to lure you in. . . to sell the unacceptable as "acceptable" and "safe" and essential for your deadly addiction to dirty energy that includes "clean coal" and dirty coal, dirty nuclear risks, dirty petroleum and bitumen that breaks pipes in Arkansas, dirty oil, dirty oil wars, dirty methane of fricken fracken. . . . .. sold erroneously as "clean methane" of fricken fracken that is not clean: Fricken fracken that carelessly pours Methane CH4 into our thin atmosphere and methane CH4 is 25 to 100 times more powerful as a greenhouse gas than CO2, a GHG that causes our world to boil. . .. and our computer models are based on the CO2 molecule, not on the powerful GHG methane CH4 or other species of carbon and greenhouse gases of fricken fracken. .. .. that carelessly causes earthquakes in unsuspecting communities.
Americans are not dumb and will not allow this kind of toxic tyranny.
Americans have been dumbed by our human cash systems that fails to count much except the private, immediate, obvious worlds of urban walls and barriers of concrete, asphalt and metallic cashflow floods that destroy many.
Americans really do value critical flows of earth's air and water and soil and food and shelter more than cash. .. . .more than destructive cashflow floods that destroy earth's ability to produce what we need to survive day to day and minute to minute. ... .. if Americans can find access to those fragile but critical, hidden but essential producers and flows such as a baby's smile.
Fricken fracken also destroys community access to critical information or resources about highly toxic chemicals and processes used by the fricken fracken industry (and other dirty energy industries) that has caused tap water to ignite, cows to drop dead, cows tails to fall off and many "mystery" illnesses of premature disability and death and babies born without heads, critical information that the dirty energy industry does not want you to know about. Dick Cheney was instrumental in blocking the ability of communities to critical information about toxics used in their communities in about 2005. . . and Cheney is not known as an advocate for public health.
The careless dirty energy industry allows the heat burn off flames of fricken fracken to escape carelessly, recklessly into our atmosphere as seen from satellites (2013). That is not "safe" or "clean". . . .
Meanwhile, as the dirty energy industry such as BP and Exxon (of the Bush family) Chief Executive Officers CEOs have raked in record rates of profiteering from the unsuspecting, dirty energy continues to ruin lives and lands in America and beyond while robbing us. . . . . robber profiteering from unsuspecting and over-dependent and enslaved American consumers tethered to their dirty energy subsidized by American consumers and taxpayers. . . . .and meanwhile as the dirty energy industry has raked in record rates of taxpayer subsidies for dirty energy that destroys the abilities of their lives and lands to produce the critcial flows that their bodies and lives and lands need to survive day to day and minute to minute. . .. the dirty energy industry pays millions of dollars (at least $15 million in one year alone) to skew and distort the the scientific links between carbon emissions and catastrophic costs and consequences of climate change to the innocent now and generations from now.
More than 97 to 98% of real scientists warn us that humans of the industrial revolution of the last 150 years have already caused catastrophic heating of our atmosphere caused by release of levels of carbon that now exceed more than 400 parts per million of carbon dioxide (and only CO2. . . . not CH4 or CO and other species of carbon that can behave much differently than CO2). . . .for the first time in human history.
James Hansen of NASA has warned US that the last time earth's carbon levels sat at 400 ppm, our seas were 6 meters higher.
That is why climate scientists have been alarmed by the rates of acceleration of melt that were not predicted by their computer models.. ....and by the dirty energy industries rates of cash poured into propaganda that tries to sell the unacceptable as "acceptable" and "safe". . . . . The evidence has become overwhelming and impossible to count in human cash of the 1% that hoard profits from the pocketbooks addicted to dirty energy.
If the children of only 1% depend on their parents to shape a better world for them, then why is the dirty energy 1% blocking access of the 100% to invest in renewable energy use and infrastructure such as a "smart grid" that will empower 100% to grow a better future of, by, for All, 100%?
Why are the 1% being so stupid. Have they forgotten what they're counting? Are they able to count more than private cash of only one obvious now stuck in an anaerobic bank account of only one selfish self?
For the first time in human history that has already melted our Arctic to unprecedented levels so that a shipping route for Arcitc oil has already opened in so the dirty energy industry can ship the ill-gotten gains to markets in the south.
Our nation and world needs to ask this very important question for justice: Did the dirty energy industry conspire to melt our Arctic to seize oil from the ancient reserves of dinosaur juice of, by, for privatized profiteering for only 1% at our expense?
Justice is impossible to count in cash. And the word, "God" probably came from the word "good" that comes from our soil and infinitely intricate and vast links and nodes between seeds, seedlings, soils and systems of an inalienable earth impossible to count in cash, critical producers, flows consumers, all 100% of cellular organisms and earth systems that hold the fragile but critical web for all life intact.
Meanwhile, the Arctic melts 4 x the rate of other places on earth, melting the permafrost that holds deadly quanitites of methane that is already being released by the historic Arctic melting, accelerating global melts and deadly changes in earth systems, currents of air, water, clouds, climates around the earth to surprise many with historic warming, cooling, snow, ice, droughts, floods, desertification that confuse all animals and plants unable to adapt. Animals and plants need predictable earth cycles that can cause plants and animals to mature and produce at the times that evolution and God's green nature, creation has developed over millions, billions of years in earth's history. 150 years of stupid human carbon emissions of soot and other carbon dirt has caused historic destruction of these very fragile but critical earth systems and inalienable links between the living and non-living, climate, land, ocean systems that buffer all populations on earth from their selves, costs, consequences that they have caused.
Privatized spaceships won't work.

I thought that was the meaning of "justice". ... .but some assume erroneously that privatized cash profiteering justifies all at all costs.
The word root, "eco-" as in "eco+nomics" and in "eco+logic" means "house" or "oikos" in Greek. . . . but not every house nurtures those within. A house needs God's green nature of critical cellular organisms and earth systems to produce critical flows to consume and to consume enough to produce to satisfy basic critical needs of the many, cell or self or globe.
We need to count more than cash of only private bank accounts of only 1% to balance earth's budgets of complex flows to produce critical flows to keep humans alive day to day and minute to minute.
We need to count the needs of the 100% in addition to the 99% and the 1% to consume clean air, clean water, clean food, clean shelter, clean land impossible to count in human cash.. . . .even the needs of the children of the 1% now and generations from now.
We need to count the ability of earth, of God's green nature to produce those critical flows that human cashflow floods destroy easy, cheap, quick.. .. . critical flows (that cash destroys), critical flows of oxygen as O2, water as H2O, soil, food, shelter impossible to count in cash. Human cash counts the most critical the least and the least critical the most, the most deadly the most, ironically.
But mechanical and artificial human cash-flow floods of the dirty energy industry that controls political strings of our nation's capitol's US House just doesn't get it:
Dirty energy industries including erroneous "clean coal" and "clean" methane of fricken fracken (that are not "clean" or "safe" ) don't want you see any farther than your own bank account stuck in only one obvious now blinded by destructive and hypnotic cashflow floods to lure you in. . . to sell the unacceptable as "acceptable" and "safe" and essential for your deadly addiction to dirty energy that includes "clean coal" and dirty coal, dirty nuclear risks, dirty petroleum and bitumen that breaks pipes in Arkansas, dirty oil, dirty oil wars, dirty methane of fricken fracken. . . . .. sold erroneously as "clean methane" of fricken fracken that is not clean: Fricken fracken that carelessly pours Methane CH4 into our thin atmosphere and methane CH4 is 25 to 100 times more powerful as a greenhouse gas than CO2, a GHG that causes our world to boil. . .. and our computer models are based on the CO2 molecule, not on the powerful GHG methane CH4 or other species of carbon and greenhouse gases of fricken fracken. .. .. that carelessly causes earthquakes in unsuspecting communities.
Americans are not dumb and will not allow this kind of toxic tyranny.
Americans have been dumbed by our human cash systems that fails to count much except the private, immediate, obvious worlds of urban walls and barriers of concrete, asphalt and metallic cashflow floods that destroy many.
Americans really do value critical flows of earth's air and water and soil and food and shelter more than cash. .. . .more than destructive cashflow floods that destroy earth's ability to produce what we need to survive day to day and minute to minute. ... .. if Americans can find access to those fragile but critical, hidden but essential producers and flows such as a baby's smile.
Fricken fracken also destroys community access to critical information or resources about highly toxic chemicals and processes used by the fricken fracken industry (and other dirty energy industries) that has caused tap water to ignite, cows to drop dead, cows tails to fall off and many "mystery" illnesses of premature disability and death and babies born without heads, critical information that the dirty energy industry does not want you to know about. Dick Cheney was instrumental in blocking the ability of communities to critical information about toxics used in their communities in about 2005. . . and Cheney is not known as an advocate for public health.
The careless dirty energy industry allows the heat burn off flames of fricken fracken to escape carelessly, recklessly into our atmosphere as seen from satellites (2013). That is not "safe" or "clean". . . .
Meanwhile, as the dirty energy industry such as BP and Exxon (of the Bush family) Chief Executive Officers CEOs have raked in record rates of profiteering from the unsuspecting, dirty energy continues to ruin lives and lands in America and beyond while robbing us. . . . . robber profiteering from unsuspecting and over-dependent and enslaved American consumers tethered to their dirty energy subsidized by American consumers and taxpayers. . . . .and meanwhile as the dirty energy industry has raked in record rates of taxpayer subsidies for dirty energy that destroys the abilities of their lives and lands to produce the critcial flows that their bodies and lives and lands need to survive day to day and minute to minute. . .. the dirty energy industry pays millions of dollars (at least $15 million in one year alone) to skew and distort the the scientific links between carbon emissions and catastrophic costs and consequences of climate change to the innocent now and generations from now.
More than 97 to 98% of real scientists warn us that humans of the industrial revolution of the last 150 years have already caused catastrophic heating of our atmosphere caused by release of levels of carbon that now exceed more than 400 parts per million of carbon dioxide (and only CO2. . . . not CH4 or CO and other species of carbon that can behave much differently than CO2). . . .for the first time in human history.
James Hansen of NASA has warned US that the last time earth's carbon levels sat at 400 ppm, our seas were 6 meters higher.
That is why climate scientists have been alarmed by the rates of acceleration of melt that were not predicted by their computer models.. ....and by the dirty energy industries rates of cash poured into propaganda that tries to sell the unacceptable as "acceptable" and "safe". . . . . The evidence has become overwhelming and impossible to count in human cash of the 1% that hoard profits from the pocketbooks addicted to dirty energy.
If the children of only 1% depend on their parents to shape a better world for them, then why is the dirty energy 1% blocking access of the 100% to invest in renewable energy use and infrastructure such as a "smart grid" that will empower 100% to grow a better future of, by, for All, 100%?
Why are the 1% being so stupid. Have they forgotten what they're counting? Are they able to count more than private cash of only one obvious now stuck in an anaerobic bank account of only one selfish self?
For the first time in human history that has already melted our Arctic to unprecedented levels so that a shipping route for Arcitc oil has already opened in so the dirty energy industry can ship the ill-gotten gains to markets in the south.
Our nation and world needs to ask this very important question for justice: Did the dirty energy industry conspire to melt our Arctic to seize oil from the ancient reserves of dinosaur juice of, by, for privatized profiteering for only 1% at our expense?
Justice is impossible to count in cash. And the word, "God" probably came from the word "good" that comes from our soil and infinitely intricate and vast links and nodes between seeds, seedlings, soils and systems of an inalienable earth impossible to count in cash, critical producers, flows consumers, all 100% of cellular organisms and earth systems that hold the fragile but critical web for all life intact.
Meanwhile, the Arctic melts 4 x the rate of other places on earth, melting the permafrost that holds deadly quanitites of methane that is already being released by the historic Arctic melting, accelerating global melts and deadly changes in earth systems, currents of air, water, clouds, climates around the earth to surprise many with historic warming, cooling, snow, ice, droughts, floods, desertification that confuse all animals and plants unable to adapt. Animals and plants need predictable earth cycles that can cause plants and animals to mature and produce at the times that evolution and God's green nature, creation has developed over millions, billions of years in earth's history. 150 years of stupid human carbon emissions of soot and other carbon dirt has caused historic destruction of these very fragile but critical earth systems and inalienable links between the living and non-living, climate, land, ocean systems that buffer all populations on earth from their selves, costs, consequences that they have caused.
Privatized spaceships won't work.

Dirty energy industries, including "clean coal," dirty coal, dirty nuclear risks, dirty petroleum, dirty oil, dirty oil sands, dirty oil wars, dirty gas including the powerful methane that is a powerful greenhouse gas CH4 that is 25 to 75 times more powerful at heating our air than CO2. But computer models used to predict climate change is based on CO2. That is why scientists have been shocked by the unbelievable rate that Arctic ice has melted, leaving a shipping route through the Arctic for the first time in human history. Did the dirty oil and gas industries conspire to melt the Arctic to seize control and access to the reserves of oil and gas under Arctic ice. .. . even if they caused the extinction of the polar bears and clean ice?

Capture and Harvest and Renew Nature's Productivity Potentials that Supply All Needs: Count More than Cash. . . .Count Life
If America used nature's productive potentials to produce abundance of the earth. .. .and if America harvested all the terrible waste we manufacture, that we fail to "sort at the source". . ...if the Mob understood this and helped us to sort at the source. ..if we started a Waste Innovation Network to employ our best minds to turn “waste” into “resource” . . . . .if mining industries weren't given free passes to destroy our lands and the ability of our lands to produce riches of the earth ... . if America understood that we need to hold watersheds and airsheds and the web for all life intact to produce enough critical flows such as O2, H2O, soil to produce riches to produce enough to breathe, drink, feel, taste, touch, hear, see, understand. . . .to keep humans alive day to day and minute to minute. . . . if America understood that our cash system is nothing but artificial counts of artificial structures and nothing more . .. . .if America understood that nature produces everything absolutely everything we need and humans destroy nature for cash, destroying critical flows they need to survive. .. . .if America understood that if we protected and planted rich, abundant watersheds impossible to count in cash then we also plant Eden to supply all our needs. We need a system that nurtures the many instead, an ecological economy that enables nature to nurture inhabitants:

Harsh, violent cashflow floods of cash-driven human cities have destroyed the ability of earth's abundant web of cellular organisms to connect producers with consumers and consumers with producers impossible to count in human cash. We need to make investments in the ability of living systems cell to self to nation to globe to renew the amazing productivity potentials of God's green nature to keep humans alive and happy day to day and minute to minute.
If we green our cities. . . .if we bring nature's green, photosynthetic producers into our cities. . . .if our cities learn to harvest the abundant energy of the sun, the wind, of biofuels, of geothermal and of our imaginations, then our cities will thrive so that the many in the city will find safer, more affordable access to the critical flows that keep humans alive day to day and minute to minute. . . .if we analyze the logistics of our wasteful cities to make them more cost-efficient, more functionally efficient and functional, more productive so that city persons and families have access to gardens and sunshine.
If we fail to value the invaluable, such as the value of a nurturing parent and a glass of clean water in more than cash, in civil government that will protect the innocent. . . .then our cities will thrive.
But some just don't get it. The cash-driven corporate CEOs assume that only cashflow floods of only 1% are valuable, have worth. But they are wrong, very, very wrong, wrong scientifically, wrong mathematically, wrong economically, wrong morally. And that is why our world if falling apart.
Let's invest in Eden that is impossible to count in cash, instead, please.
I want my children to have a future, any future, please.
We can't afford for some of only 1% to ruin the world for 100%, even worlds of the children of the 1%.
If we can capture America's ludicrous waste at every corner of our urban cores, to connect the many wasted supplies that are thrown into the trash with hungry but innovative consumers, instead, then we can jumpstart our economy into a productive mode that our nation has never seen before. . .. using nature’s amazing potentials to help us please. Those services are free, those services that our artificial, structural cash system tries to imitate. Nature does it better, thank you.
If we divest from the dirty energy industry that costs us too much and causes costs and destruction for our children's future. . . . .and if we invest into renewable energy use and infrastructure to lift all out of poverty. . . .then our nation will do well, have a wonderful future impossible to count in cash. . . and we won't need cash to find public health, "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness... . "
Let's invest in free wind and solar energy, and blessings from God's green nature that we do not need to destroy.
